Rose and Micah is written by Sean Malone and Heather B. Pennington. It will be directed by Sean Malone.

SEAN MALONE is an award winning director, writer and cinematographer and is currently enrolled in the graduate film program at the University of Miami. He was recently honored with a Florida Choice Award at the 2008 Independents' Film Festival for his film No One Doubts the Camera Eye which he shot and co-directed.

Sean grew up in Tucson, Arizona and has a great affinity for the Western genre, especially the films of John Ford and Anthony Mann. A very personal project to Sean in its setting and sentiment, Rose and Micah is for him a labor of love.

HEATHER B. PENNINGTON has been writing short stories and plays since she was very young growing up in the kudzu choked landscape of rural Alabama. She is a History and Religious Studies major at Western Kentucky University who frequently irritates her husband with her love of 1950's Westerns.
